Explore the different types of meeting venues our Retreat Centre has to offer.
Bl. Joseph Gerard Hall
Our Bl. Joseph Gérard Hall is our main meeting venue and can accommodate up to 150 persons depending on the setup. The hall is equipped with a state of the art audio and video system. For smaller groups, the hall can be divided into two smaller rooms via folding sliding doors.
The Hall is available for weddings, events and function hire. Please note that we do not have any round tables and floor length table cloths or chair covers. These can be provided via an event hiring company.
St. Kizito Boardroom
St. Kizito’s Meeting Room can accommodate up to 30 people depending on the setup. The setup can be changed according to your requirements. Smaller desks or tables can be provided.
The Board room does not have a projector or sound system. The venue is available for hire for meetings, kitchen teas and other functions.
Upper Dining Room
The upper dining room on the 1st floor is a second dining room and can be used for breakaway functions or as a separate meeting room for up to 40 persons depending on setup .
Blue Lounge in Wing B
The blue lounge invites for relaxation after your meeting or can be used as a breakaway room.
Gospel Lounge in Wing B
Our Gospel Lounge is furnished with armchairs and can accommodate up to 10 persons.
Game Lounge in Wing C
Our game lounge is furnished with a table and chairs and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Several board roams are available in this room.
Archangel Lounge in Wing D
Our Archangel Lounge is furnished with couches and armchairs and can accommodate 6 to 8 persons.
Kitchenette with Lounge in Wing E
Our kitchenette in Wing E on the 2nd floor is furnished with a table and chairs and a couch and armchairs and can accommodate 6 to 10 persons. This is an ideal meeting venue for an informal meeting over a cup of coffee.
Kitchenette with Lounge in Wing F
Our kitchenette in Wing F on the 1st floor is furnished with couches and armchairs and can accommodate 6 to 10 persons. This is an ideal meeting venue for an informal meeting over a cup of coffee. The lounge also functions as an ironing room.
